Great food and friendly staff. the breakfast and dinner were complimentary and the staff was always available to help. Location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the train station and some great attractions nearby. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
But, the room's carpet was stained and smelly - really not pleasant. In contrast with the images that we saw online, the hotel is not well-maintained and needs a lot of investment.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many malls, restaurants, and attractions. The staff provides great service and is always helpful and nice. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with modern amenities like a new air conditioning unit. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and unique, with many traditional dishes to try.
The wooden furo/bath is in bad condition and has an unpleasant smell, indicating a lack of investment in room maintenance and facilities.
